Restrict your meats, the greasy fats can make you nauseous. Eat your fruits and vegatables. Peanut butter and nutella is great for protein. This is for Monday through Friday. Saturday is a complete fasting day. Saturday night is your workout day. All night dancing. The next morning is recovery, you can’t eat because food can make you nauseous. Raving is one of the few subcultures that needs you to be healthy to enjoy it even more.
